- Is the free plan really unlimited?
- Yes. You can create unlimited models and run them as much as you like on the free plan. Running models on your own machine and collaborating with a team require Pro.
- What counts as "sharing"?
- Sharing means working with other people on models and dashboards. Solo work in your own workspace stays free.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- How does billing work for Pro?
- Pro is billed monthly at $10 per active workspace member. Add or remove members and your subscription quantity updates automatically. You can manage your subscription and invoices from billing settings.
- How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
- Sign in and open billing settings to upgrade. Checkout takes a moment and returns you straight to your workspace.
